1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PlanCraft 2D, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our web application.
2. Free Intellectual License & Usage
PlanCraft 2D provides free browser-based architectural drawing utilities. You may use our tools for personal, educational, or commercial drafting purposes without software licensing fees. All floor plans created by you belong entirely to you.
3. Non-Commercial Restrictions on Platform Code
While you own the plans and blueprints you design, you may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or replicate the proprietary underlying source code or interface assets of PlanCraft 2D without explicit written permission from Hamdan.
4. Disclaimer of Architectural Liability
PlanCraft 2D is intended for conceptual design and illustrative space planning. The tool does not calculate structural loads, seismic safety, wind resistance, or engineering load-bearing capacity. Please see our Architectural Disclaimer for detailed guidance.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by standard international internet service conventions and applicable regional law.
